Roy became a Biostatistician at BRI-WCI in Feburary 2005. He earned two Master of Science degrees in Statistics and Bioengineering from Georgia State University and Georgia Institute of Technology, respectively. He has four years experience working in medical center and pharmaceutical industry before joining Emory University. Roy also taught one year undergraduate statistics courses at Georgia State University.
Roy's research interests include cancer phase I clinical trials and statistical computing. In his spare time, he enjoys swimming, running, doing some recreational travel with family, and spoiling his little baby son.
